Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience
\n\tMinimum of 2\u20133 years of experience in operations, preferably in the cleaning, hygiene
\n\tGeneral administration and secretarial duties
\n\tComputer Literate (MS Office Suite) Word, Excel and Power point,
\n\tStrong Communication Skills – Written, Email, Telephone etiquette, and presentation.
\n\tStrong organisational and time-management skills
\n\tHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.
\n\tAble to work under pressure.
\n\tDeadline driven.
\n\tBe able to multi-task.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for multiple Customer sites
\n\tBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within customer companies through regular site visits on a set call cycle and pro-actively resolve customer complaints
\n\tDaily delivery of the Operations Strategy \u2013\u201cExceptional Customer Service Experience\u201d through intelligent management of resources and optimal processes and systems
\n\tConducting Monthly KPD surveys to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services.
\n\tNegotiating and implementing Annual Price Increases as per the SLA and Sectorial Determination
\n\tIdentify and conclude upsell opportunities within the customer portfolio
\n\tResponsible for retention of customer portfolio within set KPIs
\n\tLetting customers know about other services the company offers.
\n\tAchieving client relationship targets and KPI\u2019s as set by the Regional Manager
\n\tWorking closely with the onboarding and off-boarding teams with new and lost business within allocated portfolio
