Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tValid Driver\u2019s Licence.
\n\tValid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
\n\tProven experience operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely.
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tProfessional command of the English language.
\n\tStrong customer service orientation.
\n\tAbility to plan, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
\n\tDemonstrates integrity and consistently acts in the best interests of the company.
\n\tCollaborative team player.
\n\tFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
\n\tProvide outstanding guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
\n\tMaintain the professional appearance and cleanliness of the Front Office area, in line with company standards.
\n\tAssist guests during arrival and departure, including handling luggage with care.
\n\tSafely transport guests and\/or company packages to and from specified destinations.
\n\tPark and retrieve vehicles efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction and vehicle safety.
\n\tOperate all assigned vehicles (manual and automatic) responsibly and safely at all times.
\n\tStay informed about daily hotel events, VIP and group arrivals, and prepare accordingly.
\n\tAssist with escorting and rooming guests upon arrival when required.
\n\tCoordinate with Duty Managers to arrange taxi services for guests.
\n\tEnsure the secure handling and storage of guest luggage, and issue luggage tags as needed.
\n\tLearn and use guest names to deliver a personalized service experience.
\n\tAddress guest inquiries and resolve concerns where possible; escalate unresolved issues to Reception.
\n\tBe familiar with the names, roles, and locations of all members of the Management team.
\n\tComplete all end-of-shift duties as per company procedures.
\n\tPerform additional tasks as directed by management.<\/p>\n
