KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Stores Controller with weekly reconciliations.
\n\tControl the stock levels and update the computer systems with new issues.
\n\tKeep materials properly stacked, pack and unpack.
\n\tEnsure the actual quantity of stock in the stores corresponds with invoices and purchase requisition vouchers.
\n\tIssue material to end users in line with Inventory management SOP.
\n\tIssue chemicals used no later than the 25th\u00a0of each month and submit vouchers to logistics unit.
\n\tConduct weekly cycle counting and monthly stock count to ensure the accuracy of the stock.
\n\tIssue petrol and diesel to Bloem Water and employees\u2019 vehicles.
\n\tTake the fuel tank level on daily basis for opening and closing reading and records on the fuel register.
\n\tObserve health and safety protocols.
\n\tAny other duties as assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Business Management\/Accounting.
\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience working in the Stores or warehouse (compulsory).
\n\tPractical experience of Stores and Inventory management.
\n\tExperience in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (an added advantage).
\n\tKnowledge of PFMA regulations related to inventory and logistics management.
\n\tCommunication
\n\tComputer proficiency in MS office systems.
\n\tValid Driver’s License<\/p>\n
