Audit that all company polices implemented as required especially the SHERQ Policies.<\/p>\n<p>Health &amp; Safety &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure full compliance to the OHS, COID Acts and the minimum ISO 45001:2018 standards:<br \/>\n\tIdentify Hazards and Risks<br \/>\n\tImplement appropriate controls to manage the risks.<br \/>\n\tTrain all relevant appointees to ensure competency in H&amp;S<br \/>\n\tAppoint competent employees to maintenance the standards.<br \/>\n\tImplement the relevant standards and procedures.<br \/>\n\tImplement appropriate checks and inspections to manage the risks.<br \/>\n\tInspect, Audit and Evaluate effectiveness of the H&amp;S system.<br \/>\n\tArrange monthly SHE Meetings.<br \/>\n\tEnsure budget allocation to implement the H&amp;S system.<br \/>\n\tImplement and use the MANGO SHERQ Online Management system to control and manage the relevant risks.<br \/>\n\tEnsure continuous improvements, corrective actions and new initiatives implemented.<br \/>\n\tNB: Ongoing reduction of IOD&#8217;s \/ DIFR&#8217;s year on year &#8211; Target Zero Injuries.<br \/>\n\tCompliance to Department of Labour H&amp;S requirements.<br \/>\n\tNB: Achieve yearly ISO Certification!<\/p>\n<p>Maintenance<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify Maintenance Hazards and Risks<br \/>\n\tEnsure appropriate controls to manage the maintenance risks implemented and actioned.<br \/>\n\tTraining of all maintenance personnel in Safe Working Processes.<br \/>\n\tEnsure Maintenance comply to relevant OHS Act Regulations &amp; Local Bylaws<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance to SANS Standards on building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, fire &amp; security systems etc.<br \/>\n\tInspect, Audit and implement continuous improvements and corrective actions for all gaps and defects identified.<\/p>\n<p>Environmental<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify Environmental Aspects and Impacts<br \/>\n\tEnsure appropriate controls implemented to manage the environmental impacts to ensure compliance to NEMA &amp; SAIDSA regulations.<br \/>\n\tImplement systems, procedures and checks to ensure zero pilferage, theft and or robberies occur.<br \/>\n\tManaging the security budget.<br \/>\n\tAssist with security investigations<\/p>\n<p>Business Continuity<\/p>\n<p>\tImplement appropriate BCM procedures and plans.<br \/>\n\tReview and train employees on BCM Plans and actions.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance to ISO22301 guidelines.<br \/>\n\tUpdating emergency contacts.<br \/>\n\tInternal audit on compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Quarterly and yearly assessments<\/p>\n<p>\tCarry out monthly &amp; quarterly audits and assessment to ensure compliance.<br \/>\n\tAll stores to be audited at least twice a year.<br \/>\n\tAssist with monthly inspections and compliance audits at third party vendors.<\/p>\n<p>Meetings<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct Health and Safety \/ Mango meetings monthly.<br \/>\n\tArrange and ensure security meetings on a monthly basis.<br \/>\n\tGeneral Area Manager meetings and feedback on inspection findings.<br \/>\n\tGeneral reporting of store audits.<br \/>\n\tMinutes of meetings<br \/>\n\tMonthly reports on Mango events etc.<\/p>\n<p>Adhoc Tasks<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist the facilities team with any admin or additional duties as and when the need arises.<\/p>\n<p>HR &amp; IR Management<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist with any HR \/ IT Investigations and hearings.<br \/>\n\tCompile investigation packs for Disciplinary Hearings.<br \/>\n\tProsecute and our Chair Disciplinary Hearings<\/p>\n<p>Finance<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the entire maintenance and SHERQ budget.<br \/>\n\tArrange adhoc maintenance and repair work.<br \/>\n\tManage SHERQ Training budget.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll need to do this role<\/p>\n<p>\tRelevant Diploma (Minimum) &#8211; Degree (Advantage)<br \/>\n\tMust have a vehicle license min EB \/ Code 8.<br \/>\n\tAt least 2-5 years\u2019 experience within a safety administrative role and or acting as an SHE Representative.<br \/>\n\tQualified (certification) and acted as a First Aid, Fire Fighting and H&amp;S Rep is essential.<br \/>\n\tAt least 2-3 years previous experience within a Health and Safety Role where Hazards, Risks was identified, and Controls implemented.<br \/>\n\tAt least 2-4 years\u2019 working experience within a facilities department and have technical knowledge of facility management and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, fire and security systems.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of and experience in managing permanent and temp contractors i.e., Adhoc Maintenance, Contract Security, Cleaning and Labour Brokers.<br \/>\n\tQualified in ISO 45001:2018 \/ ISO 14001:2015 \/ ISO 9001:2015 and the implementation of the ISO systems via the Mango online SHERQ Management system.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge to develop, implement and manage a SHERQ Budget.<br \/>\n\tExperience in working as part of a team to implement and complete projects as per required deadlines and budget<br \/>\n\t5+ Years Extensive Knowledge of Security Systems, CCTV &amp;
