What you\u2019ll be doing<\/p>\n
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
Direct Integration Processing & Reserves<\/p>\n
\tReceive manual dataports from BI Finance and import them into Navision (NAV).
\n\tReconcile dataports against digifeed data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
\n\tPost reconciled data into NAV on a weekly basis.
\n\tInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between NAV and digifeed records in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Ad Hoc Fees<\/p>\n
\tReceive and review processor fee invoices, validating charges using digifeed data.
\n\tPost validated charges as purchase invoices in NAV.
\n\tPrepare and upload dataports (journal entries) for wire fees, chargebacks, refund fees, and other ad hoc transactions, using information from daily reconciliation statements.<\/p>\n
Data Analysis<\/p>\n
\tVerify that detailed chargeback transactions in the BI ledger match processor summaries in the digifeed.
\n\tInvestigate discrepancies and liaise with BI or Banking teams as needed.
\n\tLog support tickets via Ledger Escalations, providing clear explanations of issues so that BI can update the data in NAV.<\/p>\n
Refunds & Withdrawals<\/p>\n
\tEnsure refund details in the BI ledger align with processor summaries from the digifeed.
\n\tResolve any mismatches by following up with BI or Banking teams.
\n\tSubmit tickets through Ledger Escalations to facilitate data corrections in NAV.<\/p>\n
Month-End Reporting & Audit Support<\/p>\n
\tPrepare key month-end balance sheet reconciliations, including Bank reconciliations, Post control accounts, Vendor\/Processor reconciliations and Monthly fee analysis
\n\tCompile and review monthly reporting packs, including open item listings, aging reports, and balance summaries, for inclusion in audit and month-end files.
\n\tEnsure all supporting documentation is stored electronically alongside reconciliation.<\/p>\n

\n\tExpertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
\n\tExceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
\n\tAbility to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
\n\t2-3 years\u2019 experience in Data Reconciliation
\n\tDemonstrable analytical skills
\n\tDemonstrable problem-solving skills<\/p>\n

\tExperience with accounting software (eg Navision)
\n\tAccounting experience
\n\tBCom Finance Degree, Finance Diploma or similar<\/p>\n
