Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe I&T Auditor will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on a wide range of I&T audits to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of the organization’s information systems and related controls. This role plays a critical part in identifying I&T-related risks, assessing internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBCom degree in Accounting\/ Informatics\/ Internal Audit
\n\tCISA (minimum requirement)
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in I&T Auditing<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPerform assigned audits for both I&T (systems, infrastructure, applications and processes) and general financial\/operational audits
\n\tDevelop clear and well-structured audit programs
\n\tCollect reliable and relevant audit evidence
\n\tReport progress and issues to managers promptly
\n\tProviding recommendations to improve control environments
\n\tEscalate risks or concerns as needed
\n\tMonitor emerging I&T risks, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance audit coverage
\n\tBuild and maintain good relationships with clients
\n\tReview and provide relevant training on the work of juniors
\n\tDevelop and implement pro-active auditing methods and techniques (including data analytical models\/procedures)<\/p>\n
