(investigation carried out and verification as per policy and guideline)<br \/>\n\tQuick Indexing of Documents for Approvals and Deal Payouts into correct tabs<br \/>\n\tInvestigate and processing of Bank Allocations<br \/>\n\tBank Recon<br \/>\n\tResolve\/Support related to dealer queries for payouts, credit acceptance and other<br \/>\n\tInvestigate and resolve related account queries\/complaints<br \/>\n\tAssist new F&amp;I managers with training needs at BMW FS<br \/>\n\tAct as helpdesk support functionality for Dealer Point<br \/>\n\tDepartmental processes reviewed for Proceed (Innovative thinking to drive efficiencies within the department and dealer network, as per objective and target measurement)<br \/>\n\tAdministering Contract and Application Transfers between dealers<br \/>\n\tProcessing of EOT interactions (contacting clients with advising of finance options)<br \/>\n\tProcessing of Balloon Payment interactions (contacting clients)<br \/>\n\tCross Skilling functionality within the BMW Group, (Aftersales \u2013 complaints handling), Sharing of knowledge and inter departmental assistance.<br \/>\n\tCreating training material for Dealer Network (Web Based Training)<br \/>\n\tThere is a requirement for consultants to be compliant, ability to disclose, explain and conclude credits transaction for customers \/ dealers<br \/>\n\tEach consultant has the responsibility of presenting each training session to internal and external departments, Presentation Skills requirement<br \/>\n\tConsultants are able to work offsite when required<br \/>\n\tSystem scoping and testing<br \/>\n\tDeal adjustments (due date, change in structure of finance agreement, e.g. term, monthly premium or ballon payment)<br \/>\n\tNatis requests (necessary checks regarding receipt of payment and preparation of documentation)<br \/>\n\tMoratoriums (assessment required based on reasoning and affordability)<br \/>\n\tChange of banking details (verification completed)<br \/>\n\tUpdating personal particulars of clients against required (e.g., telephone, email and physical addresses)<br \/>\n\tExit letters (assess stability before processing)<br \/>\n\tSubstitution of goods (Verifcation of required information, e.g. invoice and insurance to be checked)<br \/>\n\tProviding remittances<br \/>\n\tProviding and explanation of statements<br \/>\n\tLoading of beneficiaries (assessment and verification of documents provided)<br \/>\n\tActioning In an Out (assessing and reviewing contract before actioning)<br \/>\n\tProcessing of additional finance on current finance agreement e.g. motor plan \/ warranty extensions (advise process, gather relevant information and documents, application captured).<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric, Diploma in Banking or Equivalent<\/p>\n<p>Background \/ Professional Knowledge and Experience \/ Other Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 1 to 2 years\u2019 experience in a Customer Service and\/or Dealer related positions<br \/>\n\t1 to 2 years\u2019 experience in retail finance environment<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines<br \/>\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\n\tGood persuasion and negotiation skills<br \/>\n\tSound interpersonal skills<br \/>\n\tDetail orientation<br \/>\n\tAbility to multitask<br \/>\n\tNumerical analytical ability<br \/>\n\tMust be a team player<br \/>\n\tHigh service orientation<br \/>\n\tHigh level accountability (problem
