PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tThis position exists to ensure the achievement of business objectives through contract execution and growth.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Contract Management<\/p>\n
\tInterpret, implement and manage the commercial contract.
\n\tManage site revenue, cost budget & financial KPIs.
\n\tLiaise with client representative regarding overall plant performance and quality standards.
\n\tEnsure healthy and mutually beneficial relationship is maintained with client.
\n\tManage the contract regarding volumes, quality and other specifications relevant to the final product.
\n\tAdvises senior manager of any scope changes.
\n\tAgree on month end quantities and ensure invoices are submitted timeously.
\n\tDo weekly forecast on throughput & cost and report to senior management<\/p>\n
Customer Relations Management<\/p>\n
\tRegular contact with clients and ensure a >90% customer satisfaction rate as well as positive feedback.
\n\tAssist Business Unit Managers in resolving IR, PR and other issues.
\n\tEnsure Service Level Agreements are adhered to and regular meetings take place .<\/p>\n
SHEQ Management<\/p>\n
\tUnderstand and advocate company SHEQ Strategy.
\n\tEnsure excellent safety performance.
\n\tImplement SHEQ policies in accordance with legislative requirements, client requirements and company prescriptions.
\n\tFacilitates the enforcement of SHEQ procedures in terms of training, and communication structures.
\n\tManage and implement occupational health management programmes.
\n\tImplement and maintain the company\u2019s zero harm and quality frameworks<\/p>\n
Growth and Innovation<\/p>\n
\tEstablish and maintain business networks.
\n\tExplore opportunities for new business.
\n\tStay abreast with new technology advances and explore possibilities to improve current process
\n\tFoster digitisation on site through innovative thinking.<\/p>\n
Managing the Team<\/p>\n
\tSelect and appoint competent people.
\n\tAssign work, monitor performance, train and develop reports.
\n\tManage discipline as per company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Plant Maintenance<\/p>\n
\tEnsures that own\/client\u2019s assets are maintained as per FAMP Maintenance Strategy.
\n\tManage maintenance costs.
\n\tEnsures maintenance system is implemented and maintained.
\n\tManages critical spares and stock account
\n\tManage LCC system and ensure proper maintenance planning<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tB-Tech, B-Degree, Extractive Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering or any other relevant Degree<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t5-10 years\u2019 experience in a beneficiation plant
\n\tA minimum 3 years as a Process Foreman or Plant\/Process Metallurgist<\/p>\n
