\tDis-Chem Pharmacies requires an established Beauty Therapist for their Rustenburg Region.
\n\tYou will be required to create awareness that Dis-Chem offers a variety of skincare & body treatments in the Dis-Chem Beauty Salons.
\n\tYou will be responsible for contributing to proper client liaison & care when performing treatments.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Essential:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric
\n\t2 year relevant National or International Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
\n\tMinimum of 12 months\u2019 technical\/practical experience in a professional beauty salon environment
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tSound numerical skills
\n\tWilling and able to work retail hours<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\t3 year relevant National or International Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
\n\tMinimum of 3 years’ technical\/practical experience in a professional beauty salon environment<\/p>\n
Job Description:<\/p>\n
\tProvide customers with an excellent salon experience
\n\tPerform facials, waxing, massages, manicures and pedicures in line with Dis-Chem standards
\n\tReport on, and provide feedback to, customers\u2019 queries, complaints and compliments
\n\tKeep abreast of new products and treatments\/service techniques
\n\tManage stock levels according to Dis-Chem Salon\u2019s needs
\n\tEnsure all relevant equipment is operational and sanitary at all times<\/p>\n
Competencies:<\/p>\n
Essential:<\/p>\n
\tPossess general knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology and contradictions for skin\/body treatments
\n\tStrong command of English (written and oral)
\n\tBe a team player, have good customer relations
\n\tBe deadline and target driven<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tSoft laser and Bio-Magnetic, microdermabrasion, slimming and spray tan
\n\tAny laser or additional salon equipment training
\n\tBilingual<\/p>\n
Special conditions of employment:<\/p>\n
\tWilling and able to work retail hours
\n\tWilling and able to travel to and from the store
\n\tFit and able to perform massage, facial and body treatments
\n\tSouth African citizen
\n\tClear credit and criminal records<\/p>\n
