Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nMain Outputs and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tMarketing and influencing role in order to motivate the sales force to succeed; this is done through specific sales campaigns and sales tools.<br \/>\n\tDeveloping and implementing appropriate marketing strategies with Financial Advisors for their client base.<br \/>\n\tPromoting Gap Cover and technology services through marketing presentations and training.<br \/>\n\tOpening new Financial Advisers Gap contracts.<br \/>\n\tTo research competitor products and to present Liberty Gap Cover product offerings in comparison to these.<br \/>\n\tDevelop strong relationships with the sales force and management to create awareness of Zestlife products.<\/p>\n<p>Deliverables<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide evidence of strategy to enhance the awareness of Gap using the technology.<br \/>\n\tProvide evidence of developing a business development plan with Financial Advisors to grow Gap sales.<br \/>\n\tEnsuring FAs and sales leaders are proficient in Gap Cover and provide evidence of sessions planned.<br \/>\n\tProvide evidence of production tracking.<br \/>\n\tShow the percentage\/actual increase in production from before and after business development plan implementation.<br \/>\n\tShow tracking against target and achievement of target.<\/p>\n<p>Competencies\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tSeizing Opportunities: Identifies business opportunities, creates additional sales for future growth wants to win and outperform competitors.<br \/>\n\tInterpreting Data: Interprets data rationally by quantifying issues applies technology as a means to evaluate data and evaluate information objectively.<br \/>\n\tGenerating Ideas: Creativity in producing ideas assumes an original approach when generating ideas and adopts radical solutions.<br \/>\n\tExploring Possibilities: conceptual when developing ideas applies theories to problem-solving and prefers to learn by thinking and identifying underlying principles.<br \/>\n\tInteracting with People: lively and projects enthusiasm;
