Key Performance Areas \/ Principal Accountabilities<\/p>\n
SQL Server:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain a SQL Server 2-node cluster servicing 18 active instances.
\n\tOversee the migration of SQL instances to the cluster, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.<\/p>\n
MIM 2016:<\/p>\n
\tAutomate user provisioning and deprovisioning processes using MIM 2016.
\n\tRemediate issues related to duplicate user accounts with similar names but different staff IDs in Active Directory.<\/p>\n
SCOM2016:<\/p>\n
\tManage and potentially activate SCOM for operations management as needed.<\/p>\n
SharePoint & MS Teams:<\/p>\n
\tCreate, automate, and deprovision SharePoint and OneDrive sites.
\n\tAssign policies for MS Teams to ensure compliance and efficient collaboration.<\/p>\n
ASPEN Hysys:<\/p>\n
\tPerform annual updates of the ASPEN server license for Chemical Engineering process simulation.
\n\tAdapt to the updated licensing policy, which now requires updates every two years to accommodate new software versions.<\/p>\n
System Performance and Uptime:<\/p>\n
\tSystem Availability: Ensuring that all systems are operational and available to users with minimal downtime1.
\n\tPerformance Monitoring: Regularly monitoring system performance and addressing any issues promptly1.<\/p>\n
Security Management:<\/p>\n
\tSecurity Compliance: Adhering to security policies and protocols to protect data and systems1.
\n\tIncident Response: Effectively managing and responding to security incidents1.<\/p>\n
Network Management:<\/p>\n
\tNetwork Performance: Maintaining optimal network performance and resolving any connectivity issues1.
