\tWe are looking for a highly motivated Finance Graduate to join our dynamic finance team.
\n\tThis is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience in financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering within a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
\n\tSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
\n\tPerform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
\n\tReconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
\n\tWork with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights
\n\tAssist with audits, both internal and external
\n\tHelp maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies
\n\tParticipate in ad-hoc finance projects and process improvements<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
\tA bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
\n\tStrong numerical and analytical skills
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tEagerness to learn and develop professionally
\n\tMust reside close to the Chatsworth area in Durban<\/p>\n
