\tWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This position is ideal for an accountant with a strong foundation in accounting principles and application, experience in data analysis and reporting. You\u2019ll play a key role in financial management, reporting, and analysis, handling larger datasets, and supporting the finance team in strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\n\u00a0
\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs and analysis.
\n\tEnsure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with company and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Data Management:<\/p>\n
\tWork with large datasets and utilize tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
\n\tUse pivot tables and other Excel functions for data analysis and reporting purposes.
\n\tUse other BI related software and models to assist with data analysis and reporting<\/p>\n
\u00a0Budgeting & Forecasting Support::<\/p>\n
\tAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support company strategy.<\/p>\n
Process Improvement & Compliance:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
\n\tDrive efficiencies with business by highlighting and resolving process inefficiencies
\n\tMaintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Communication:<\/p>\n
\tPresent financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
\n\tCollaborate with teams across departments, explaining complex data in a way that aids decision-making.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNon-Negotiable Experience
\n\t1-3 years of post-articles experience.
\n\tReporting and analysis experience.
\n\tProficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables.<\/p>\n
Preferred Experience<\/p>\n
\tExperience with SAP, QlikView and Qliksense.
\n\tTeam management experience is beneficial.
\n\tComfortable working with large datasets for analysis and reporting.
\n\tExposure to\/Knowledge of
\n\tExcel and the full MS Office suite.<\/p>\n
