\n\tWe’re looking for a Business Process and SAP Support Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our SAP landscape across all modules
\n\tThis exciting opportunity is ideal for a skilled individual ready to make a meaningful impact by ensuring our SAP systems and business processes run smoothly and efficiently<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvide first-line SAP support across all modules (FI, MM, PP, SD, QM)
\n\tAssist users with daily transactions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where needed
\n\tRespond to support queries within 24 hours and track resolutions
\n\tCollaborate with business process teams to identify and resolve system or process gaps
\n\tEvaluate and improve current business processes, creating SAP cue cards and flowcharts
\n\tConduct on-the-job SAP training for new and existing users
\n\tMaintain and create master data in line with company protocols
\n\tPrepare and execute material costings and assist in monthly costing runs
\n\tInvestigate costing errors\/warnings and implement corrective actions
\n\tAssess how master data and pricing conditions impact financial reports
\n\tLead data cleaning and integrity initiatives
\n\tSupport SAP-related projects and coordinate with regional and group SAP teams
\n\tTest new SAP developments in the QAS system prior to go-live
\n\tMaintain detailed issue-tracking logs and generate support reports<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tA relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field
\n\tMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Process Support or SAP Analyst role
\n\tDeep understanding of SAP modules, including FI, MM, PP, SD, and QM
\n\tStrong experience in SAP query resolution and support
\n\tSkilled in master data management with financial insight
\n\tComputer literate with advanced Excel skills
\n\tAnalytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tAble to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
\n\tExperience in project management will be an advantage
\n\tWillingness to work flexible hours and overtime if required
\n\tSelf-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team<\/p>\n
