Description<\/p>\n
\tPlan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
\n\tMonitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights;
\n\tSupport the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic;
\n\tResearch and implement SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
\n\tCollaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals;
\n\tReview the content calendar and ensure timely publication;
\n\tAssist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement;
\n\tMonitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions;
\n\tDesign, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers;
\n\tSegment email lists and personalise communications for targeted marketing efforts;
\n\tUtilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance;
\n\tProvide regular updates and recommendations to the marketing team;
\n\tWork closely with the current digital marketer to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts;
\n\tServe as the point of contact for digital marketing in the current marketer’s absence, ensuring continuity of key tasks;
\n\tSupport and collaborate with other team members on various marketing initiatives;
\n\tAssist in managing and allocating the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI;
\n\tMonitor expenditures and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent;
\n\tBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. (Essential);
\n\t3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns and budgets;
\n\tWillingness to work longer than normal office hours;
\n\tKnowledge of MS Office Suite;
\n\tProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.);
\n\tContent Management Systems (CMS);
\n\tSocial Media Management Tools;
\n\tDemonstrable knowledge of basic HTML coding and web development tools.<\/p>\n
