Job Role<\/p>\n
\tGhostPractice Trainers primarily focus on delivering daily client training.
\n\tOur training department serves as the primary point of contact and knowledge base for all GhostPractice clients\u2014both new and existing.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDeliver engaging training sessions.
\n\tFacilitate and respond to participant questions during live online sessions.
\n\tLearn and understand product content within defined timelines to ensure effective delivery of training.
\n\tStay consistently updated on product changes and seamlessly integrate them into training courses.
\n\tWillingness and ability to travel to client sites for onsite training sessions.
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to support the development of training materials, scripts, and help documentation.<\/p>\n
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise<\/p>\n
\tFamiliarity with GhostPractice software is a strong advantage.
\n\tSolid understanding of accounting principles.
\n\tLegal bookkeeping experience is highly beneficial.
\n\tTechnologically savvy with strong computer literacy.
\n\tPrevious experience in delivering training sessions.
\n\tComfortable and experienced with using Zoom for virtual meetings and training.
\n\tBasic knowledge of SQL is a plus.<\/p>\n
Soft Skills:<\/p>\n
\tPassion for working with people and a naturally high social energy.
\n\tStrong communication skills with the ability to engage constructively with both management and colleagues.
\n\tTeam-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude toward collaboration and feedback.<\/p>\n
