Key Performance Output<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will be reporting to Senior Supervisor Employee Services, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
\tAdhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.\u00a0
\n\tReport non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.\u00a0
\n\tProcessing of allocated transactions in HR administration support services.\u00a0
\n\tRecord and Maintain HR data on the HR Information System in a timely and accurate manner.\u00a0
\n\tCo-ordination of all HR support services.\u00a0
\n\tServe as a single point of contact for HR requests and queries.\u00a0
\n\tPropose methods and interventions for improving customer service.\u00a0
\n\tCompile management reports as required by HR management.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure accuracy of information provided.\u00a0
\n\tProvide administrative support to HRBPs and SHRMs as it relates to the execution of HR services across the HR value Chain, (Talent Acquisition, Employee Remuneration and Benefits, Employee Movements, Employee Performance, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Employee Exit)\u00a0
\n\tProvide assistance to employees by attending to all employee queries within agreed turnaround timeframes. Report on employee queries received as per set timelines.\u00a0
\n\tRespond to requests, queries and complaints as and when required, direct accordingly.\u00a0
\n\tIdentify and provide feedback on cost saving initiatives within area of control.
\n\tBuild, support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure effective communication with stakeholders and customers to enable high satisfaction levels.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain an effective network and timeous communication in the HR function.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Technical Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Relevant Area is essential.
\n\tNational Certificate in Payroll is recommended.
\n\t3-5 years operational HR Generalist experience across all functions is essential.
\n\tMicrosoft Office at advanced level.
\n\tCode B;Motor vehicle licence is essential<\/p>\n
