You\u2019ll work to resolve the customers\u2019 inquiries, whether it\u2019s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile. During a Typical Day, You\u2019ll<\/p>\n
\tAnswer incoming calls from U.S.-based customers for the largest home improvement retailer in the United States
\n\tProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes
\n\tSome upselling of products or services to existing customers may be required<\/p>\n
What You Bring to the Role<\/p>\n
\tFluent in English (B2 level)\u00a0
\n\t1 or more years of customer service experience
\n\tHigh school diploma or equivalent
\n\tProficiency in using computer systems and software applications
\n\tProfessionalism, positivity, and a supportive attitude while being eager to learn new skills and processes
\n\tAbility to support and work regular overnight shifts<\/p>\n
