\n\tManage paid media and optimise performance across the digital funnel.\u00a0
\n\tPlan and manage the weekly content calendar, ensuring alignment with organisational messaging and campaigns.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Content Creation\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tWrite compelling copy tailored to diverse audiences across digital platforms.\u00a0
\n\tDesign visual campaign materials including event branding and social media assets.\u00a0
\n\tCreate, manage, and maintain a content asset bank (images, videos, testimonials, templates).\u00a0<\/p>\n
Social Media Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCurate and post platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor social media trends and adjust content to stay current and engaging.\u00a0
\n\tManage community engagement\u2014respond to comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Brand & Visual Identity\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tUphold and evolve BASA\u2019s brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure consistency in design, tone, and messaging.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Analytics & Reporting\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTrack content and campaign performance using platform analytics and KPIs.\u00a0
\n\tCompile performance reports and deliver actionable insights to refine strategies.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Collaboration & Innovation\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tWork collaboratively with the team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.\u00a0
\n\tStay up to date with industry trends and share recommendations on best practices and innovation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in content creation and social media management.\u00a0
\n\tCreative thinker with strong copywriting, graphic design, and content editing skills.\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in Canva or other design\/video editing platforms.\u00a0
\n\tStrong understanding of key social platforms and digital tools.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.\u00a0
\n\tSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.\u00a0<\/p>\n
