We are actively seeking a talented and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team in our N1 City Office. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our accounts receivable process.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProactively contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
\n\tConduct thorough analysis of account balances to identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies for resolution.
\n\tUtilize strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure timely collection of debts.
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
\n\tCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues and optimize cash flow.
\n\tPrepare and send collection letters and notices as necessary.
\n\tMonitor payment statuses and update collection database in a timely manner.
\n\tProvide regular reports and updates to management on collection activities and progress.<\/p>\n
Experience & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent.
\n\tPrevious experience in collections or accounts receivable is preferred.
\n\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
\n\tProven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
\n\tDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collection software.
\n\tKnowledge of collection laws and regulations is advantageous.
\n\tAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
\n\tPosition based in N1 City.<\/p>\n
