Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThis role is the engine and enabling function within the OTC marketing department.
\n\tResponsible for the logistical organisation and project management of the delivery of OTC marketing requirements.
\n\tResponsible for proactive planning and management of allocated OTC deliverables, including events, meetings, marketing material management and team activities.<\/p>\n
Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tDNA Academy events \/ Conferences\/Congresses: Assist HOD, Marketing manager and Product managers with congresses \/ Conferences and DNA Academy Training Functions
\n\tOTC Marketing Material: Provide administrative assistance with marketing materials and logistical assistance to the OTC team
\n\tAssisting with marketing campaigns and activities
\n\tLogistical arrangements related to travel for OTC Marketing colleagues, KOL\u00a0and sponsored delegates
\n\tOTC office operations and collaborations: Including campaign payments, budget tracking, scheduling of meetings<\/p>\n
Qualification and Relevant Experience<\/p>\n
\tA relevant Diploma or Degree
\n\t2 – 5 years experience<\/p>\n
