Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
Vehicle Management<\/p>\n
\tEnsure the vehicles are clean and in a good state to start operating for the day
\n\tMonitor the mileage on the vehicles and report when the target mileage has been reached for servicing
\n\tMonitor the vehicles and detect if any repairs are required<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tMonitor any damage on vehicles and report to the Supervisor<\/p>\n
Coordinating<\/p>\n
\tEnsure the availability of all vehicles and accurate number of vehicles to maintain the capacity of demand
\n\tCalculate the distance and time to be spent on each picking or dropping request between sites
\n\tEnsure all requests are work related and ensure the availability of a spare vehicle in case of breakdowns<\/p>\n
Manage all instructed tasks and duties<\/p>\n
\tSend and pick up samples from the Micron lab to various clients
\n\tPick up Research and Development staff at Head office and transport them to the relevant sites for trial cases
\n\tDeliver all marketing related material for exhibitions
\n\tTransport all trainees to their relevant sites
\n\tTransport all engineering spares to relevant sites
\n\tPick up and transport I&J visitors to the different sites around the Cape Peninsula<\/p>\n
What It Takes to Succeed:<\/p>\n
Experience that set you up for success: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2+ years driving experience in a similar role<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tCode 8 or 10 with PDP driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
Additional requirements:<\/p>\n
\tBe available for week-end work if need be<\/p>\n
