Job Brief<\/p>\n
\tCollecting outstanding AR invoices
\n\tPrepare and maintain an accurate AR aging report\/ledger with notes on status of payments
\n\tResponding to customer inquiries related to invoicing \/ finance \/ AR and close tickets in timely manner
\n\tCollaborate with the billing team and finance teams as required
\n\tReconciling outstanding issues on customer accounts
\n\tQuarterly review of Bad debt risk and escalation to account management teams
\n\tQuarterly meeting with regional controllers for support on escalations and query resolution
\n\tTrack and ensure completion of critical requests
\n\tCollaborate as needed with other leads to ensure all queries \/ escalations are closed off
\n\tProvide accurate feedback to requestors; communicate the root causes, trends, and solutions
\n\tMonitoring and management of tasks & targets to ensure SLAs & KPIs are met\/exceeded
\n\tIdentify, support & drive process improvement initiatives (to work methods, processes & systems)
\n\tProvide reporting including interpretation, trends, and root causes to assist the manager in preparation for weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings
\n\tBuild & maintain good professional relationships with client and team members
\n\tOther ad-hoc projects\/reports and requests<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualification and years of experience required:<\/p>\n
\tAny relevant tertiary qualification to the job brief
\n\tRelevant Diploma \/ Degree (Accounting, Finance)
\n\tExperience in a multinational corporate or financial services environment
\n\t3+ years Accounts Receivable experience<\/p>\n
