PURPOSE:<\/p>\n
\tTo assist in fulfilling the necessary requirement within the Technical Training Centre Department of Motorised area, to meet the Technical Training Department K.P.I\u2019s and Company\u2019s Training objectives by providing facilitation, assessing and moderation of learners to ensure a facility that enables the production of vehicles of a high-quality standard in a cost-effective manner. To be an effective Technical Expert with all \u2013round Technical Training and plant maintenance knowledge and basic understanding of all modules presented at Technical Training.\u00a0<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify Toyota Training needs
\n\tIdentify TETA Training needs
\n\tFacilitation of operators as per unit standards requirements
\n\tAssessing of operators as per unit standard assessment criteria
\n\tModeration of operators as per moderation procedures
\n\tEvaluation of module content as per TETA\u2019s requirements
\n\tDevelopment of curriculummodules as per TETA aligned requirements Training LogbooksCourse reports
\n\tFacilitation of all modules presented at Technical Training Centre (Motorised Division) by cross skilling
\n\tAssessment of all modules presented at Technical Training Centre (Motorised Division) by cross skilling
\n\tModeration of all modules presented at Technical Training Centre (Motorised Division) by cross skilling
\n\tTraining and development of staff
\n\tCompliance of loading schedule, in terms of the manpower allocation
\n\tCommunication to staff
\n\tMotorised various unit standards
\n\tSafety compliance
\n\tISO 14001\/9000 compliance
\n\tQuality management system
\n\tCompliance to TETA DOL requirements
\n\tBudget \/ Cost Down Management controls of Motorised Area
\n\tEnsure training and skills development are done in plant
\n\tInnovative ideas in training to ensure cost reduction
\n\tManagement of lifting equipment to ensure cost reduction
\n\tManagement of stores control<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 4
\n\tAMIC in Production essential
\n\tMinimum 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a technical training environment, preferably within the motorised or automotive sector<\/p>\n

\tRegistered Facilitator
\n\tRegistered Assessor
\n\tRegistered Moderator
\n\tTETA Accreditation
\n\tComputer literacy (MS Office)
\n\tStrong communication and organisational skills<\/p>\n
