\tThe Sales Representative will be required to achieve set sales targets by providing all customers with unrivaled service excellence and maintaining constructive relationships in order to ensure that every customer\u2019s experience has been outstanding.<\/p>\n
Specific Role Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDevelop the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
\n\tDrive specific strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
\n\tManage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
\n\tTotal commitment to achieving sales targets and growth by venturing and creating opportunities using own skills.
\n\tIdentify and venture into new revenue streams.
\n\tEnsure customer\u2019s escalation is managed and feedback is provided.
\n\tNegotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
\n\tA strong understanding of industry and market trends and customer behaviour.
\n\tEvaluate vehicles correctly.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum Grade 12.
\n\t3 years sales executive experience.
\n\tA Code 8 Driver’s Licence is vital.<\/p>\n
Computer literacy<\/p>\n
\tProven track record of meeting regular monthly targets.<\/p>\n
Skills and Personal Attributes\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCustomer and sales management.
\n\tUnderstanding of the compliance governing the retail industry would be an advantage.
\n\tKnowledge of the areas’ most spoken languages an advantage.
\n\tExperience in cold calling to develop a client base.
\n\tGrowing the market experience.
\n\tKnowledge of Higher Gear.
\n\tKnowledge of dealership policies and procedures.
\n\tKnowledge of broader competitive motor industry.
\n\tKnowledge of economic & financial factors affecting the industry.
\n\tIn-depth product knowledge on all related aspects.
\n\tKnowledge of product image and corporate branding.
\n\tProduct Knowledge will be huge advantage.
\n\tSelf-motivated priority-setting and time management.
