PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tThis position exists to provide administrative and compliance support in the form of SHEQ services to site operations and the business as well as to capture and process documentation of a SHEQ nature on the HSEC online compliance system.<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tContractors Pack Administrator & Management
\n\tBooking & scheduling of Medical Bookings & Inductions
\n\tEnsuring SOP training have been scheduled and attended
\n\tIssuing Contractor Permits to Work
\n\tIssuing Employee Access Cards
\n\tAudits, Inspections, VFLs, PTO\u2019s
\n\tEnsuring compliance with permits commitments and keep permits in good standing
\n\tHSEC Online Management
\n\tManaging & Administration the electronic format of the Contractors Pack on the HSEC Online and ensure 100% compliance.
\n\tAuditing and Approving Contractor Documentation
\n\tSub-Contractors Management
\n\tAuditing, Inspections Audit and provide formal feedback to sub-contractors on accountability files.
\n\tSub-contractors pack monthly meetings on site
\n\tRaising Non- Conformances
\n\tArranging and Participating in Presidential Audits
\n\tCapturing data and uploading it to the HSEC online system.
\n\tDaily administration of the HSEC online system to ensure all data is valid and compliant.
\n\tReport labor returns to the HSEC system and client
\n\tInternal Relationships
\n\tSite Administrators
\n\tSafety Officer
\n\tProcess Manager
\n\tClient relations
\n\tExternal Relationships

Requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tAn administrative diploma would be an advantage<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t2-4 years relevant Administration experience
\n\tPrevious HSEC online experience<\/p>\n
