Accountabilities<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide strategic consulting to the business division to support organisational design and development<br \/>\n\tOwn the Employee Relations and Transformation Centres of Excellence for the Company.<br \/>\n\tDesign and deliver organisational development interventions<br \/>\n\tProvide an escalation point for complex individual case management.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse and investigate business and people issues and trends within the division; identify improvement opportunities and establish action plans to address them.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistent application of HR policies and procedures aligned with the strategy<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with other HR Business Partners to ensure a team approach and leverage strengths.<\/p>\n<p>Manage core HR initiatives in the division<\/p>\n<p>Talent management<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport recruitment<br \/>\n\tPerformance management<br \/>\n\tCoach leadership team to improve effectiveness; develop the coaching capability of the leadership team<br \/>\n\tSuccession planning<br \/>\n\tStrategic workforce planning<br \/>\n\tEmployment equity compliance<\/p>\n<p>People development<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify learning and development needs<br \/>\n\tFacilitate appropriate solutions in coordination with Human Resources Manager<\/p>\n<p>Employee relations<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure compliance with labour relations policies<br \/>\n\tSupport employee relations processes<br \/>\n\tProvide advice on industrial relations matters<br \/>\n\tEnlist a labour consultant for assistance when required<\/p>\n<p>Compensation<\/p>\n<p>\tInform and advise clients on the application of compensation and rewards guidelines<br \/>\n\tActively participate in the remuneration review process and bonus distribution<br \/>\n\tCollaborate to facilitate the flow of information and assist with corrective measures<\/p>\n<p>Change capability<\/p>\n<p>\tChange agent<br \/>\n\tActively participate in operational transformation<br \/>\n\tFacilitate team effectiveness<br \/>\n\tFacilitate employee engagement survey results analysis and action planning to support the business in driving improvement activity<\/p>\n<p>High-performance culture<\/p>\n<p>\tSet an example with Bryte guiding principles and challenge sub-standard delivery<br \/>\n\tProvide coordination, reporting and analysis on Human Resources projects and initiatives, including all department of labour reporting, employment equity reporting etc.<\/p>\n<p>Process ownership at the organisation level<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and maintain strategy and supporting policy<br \/>\n\tImplement and manage strategy in collaboration with global colleagues<br \/>\n\tFulfil line management responsibilities for a small team<\/p>\n<p>Relationships<\/p>\n<p>Internal<\/p>\n<p>\tExecutive and management<br \/>\n\tBusiness Partners<br \/>\n\tGeneral staff\/employees<br \/>\n\tHuman Resources team<\/p>\n<p>External<\/p>\n<p>\tHeadhunters and other recruitment suppliers<br \/>\n\tConsultants<br \/>\n\tIndustry bodies and professional networks<br \/>\n\tGlobal colleagues<br \/>\n\tDepartment of Labour<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp;
