Detailed Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tStrategic planning for group programs constantly adding value.
\n\tWorking on all group requests, including MICE, multigenerational family groups, buy in groups and high net worth requests.
\n\tConfirmed Bookings in accordance with company procedures.
\n\tLiaise with the Reservations Manager on sales potential and any development on the agent relationship for all bookings.
\n\tContinuous communication and excellent service delivery at all times.
\n\tBuild relationships with agents based on trust and support, knowing their business trends and guests needs, ad hoc attending relevant familiarization trips with agents (if and when required).
\n\tKeep Agents\u2019 booking information updated in the ARM.
\n\tKeep updated with all Wilderness and 3rd\u00a0party product.
\n\tKeep apprised of company policies, procedures and system updates.<\/p>\n

Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate \u2013\u00a0with Maths\u00a0
\n\tTertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism\/hospitality.<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t5-8 years\u2019 experience at a Senior level.
\n\tExperience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the inbound travel industry.
\n\tWorking knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking\/operating system.\u00a0
\n\tGeneral product knowledge on Southern & East Africa.
\n\tOnsite operational experience with incentive and specialist groups in Southern and East Africa.
\n\tLogistical and group management experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n
