Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo provide expertise, advice and support to develop operational implementation plans and \/ or associated service delivery processes, by conducting, analysing and recommending compliance interventions in the Transfer pricing tax product for the Large business and International tax base in order to continuously enhance service delivery.<\/p>\n
Education and Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Bachelor’s Degree \/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) and 5-7 years’ experience in a CIT risk profiling environment, of which 2-3 years must be at functional specialist levele in Transfer pricing and or International Tax.<\/p>\n
Or\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tSenior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 10 years in a CIT risk profiling environment, of which 2-3 years must be at functional specialist level in Transfer pricing and or International Tax.<\/p>\n

\tProvide accurate identification of potential risk and escalate issues as required.
\n\tBe observant and engage on possible violations of procedures and standards of conduct and escalate where necessary.

\n\tIdentify and resolve queries and problems timeously, apply discretion in line with process guidelines provided
\n\tDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with peers, SARS role players and third parties to achieve redefined objectives.
\n\tExecute specialist input through investigation &opportunities within the product process including risk concern.
\n\tProvide specialist input through the investigation of opportunities for operational and process product and risk optimisation.
\n\tPlan for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services to deliver on operational strategy and objectives.
\n\tDraw on own knowledge and experience to diagnose symptoms, causes and possible effects in order to solve emerging problems.
\n\tInitiate process and procedural change, implement the change and provide guidelines and support related to new requirements as a result of the change
\n\tAccumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities
\n\tApply practical and applied knowledge and act authoritatively on methods, systems and procedures to identify trends and potential risks
\n\tCommunication of situational interpretation and judgement of work outputs and queries in area of specialisation
\n\tCorrectly apply policies, practices, standards, procedures and legislation in the delivery of work outputs.<\/p>\n

\tApply risk management, loss containment and governance processes as required in area of accountability and escalate issues as required.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that completed work adhere to relevant policies, procedures, governance and legislative requirements and report on deviations & discrepancies
\n\tImplement and provide input into the development of governance, compliance, integrity and ethics processes within area of specialisation<\/p>\n
