Experience Required<\/p>\n<p>\tRelevant Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) and 5-7 years&#8217; experience in a CIT risk profiling environment, of which 2-3 years must be at functional specialist levele in Transfer pricing and or International Tax.<\/p>\n<p>Or\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tSenior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 10 years in a CIT risk profiling environment, of which 2-3 years must be at functional specialist level in Transfer pricing and or International Tax.<\/p>\n<p>Job Outputs:<\/p>\n<p>Process<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide accurate identification of potential risk and escalate issues as required.<br \/>\n\tBe observant and engage on possible violations of procedures and standards of conduct and escalate where necessary.<br \/>\n\tPlan and organise own work tasks within area of work.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and resolve queries and problems timeously, apply discretion in line with process guidelines provided<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with peers, SARS role players and third parties to achieve redefined objectives.<br \/>\n\tExecute specialist input through investigation &amp;opportunities within the product process including risk concern.<br \/>\n\tProvide specialist input through the investigation of opportunities for operational and process product and risk optimisation.<br \/>\n\tPlan for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services to deliver on operational strategy and objectives.<br \/>\n\tDraw on own knowledge and experience to diagnose symptoms, causes and possible effects in order to solve emerging problems.<br \/>\n\tInitiate process and procedural change, implement the change and provide guidelines and support related to new requirements as a result of the change<br \/>\n\tAccumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities<br \/>\n\tApply practical and applied knowledge and act authoritatively on methods, systems and procedures to identify trends and potential risks<br \/>\n\tCommunication of situational interpretation and judgement of work outputs and queries in area of specialisation<br \/>\n\tCorrectly apply policies, practices, standards, procedures and legislation in the delivery of work outputs.<\/p>\n<p>Governance<\/p>\n<p>\tApply risk management, loss containment and governance processes as required in area of accountability and escalate issues as required.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that completed work adhere to relevant policies, procedures, governance and legislative requirements and report on deviations &amp; discrepancies<br \/>\n\tImplement and provide input into the development of governance, compliance, integrity and ethics processes within area of specialisation<\/p>\n<p>People<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with peers and team members to achieve predefined objectives<\/p>\n<p>Finance<\/p>\n<p>\tAdhere to organisational policies and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness and reduction of financial costs<\/p>\n<p>Client<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop &amp;
