Key Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDay-to-day running of the store
\n\tManaging stock losses to make sure shrinkage is in line with the Company target
\n\tDriving turnover to ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met
\n\tMaintaining the visual appeal of the store
\n\tControlling expenses
\n\tProvide world class customer service and ensure that customer needs are met
\n\tEnsure recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations needs of staff are met
\n\tConducting daily, weekly and monthly check lists
\n\tMake sure that staff adhere to the policies and procedures
\n\tConduct and supervise hanger counts
\n\tConducting regular spot checks at the service desk
\n\tConduct spot checks at the fitting rooms<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualification\/s:<\/p>\n
\tMatric or equivalent qualification<\/p>\n
Experience \/ Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years\u2019 experience in managing a fashion retail store
\n\tProven track record in successfully managing a fashion retail store<\/p>\n
Competencies\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Essential Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tComputer literate (Excel, Word)<\/p>\n
Behavioral<\/p>\n
\tExcellent administration skills
\n\tGood planning and organizational skills
