Woolpert is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our growing finance team in Bryanston, Johannesburg. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background, experience in both debtors and creditors, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working US business hours.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tInput accounts payable invoices with accurate GL coding
\n\tManage debtors and creditors accounts effectively
\n\tReview employee expense reports for compliance
\n\tCollect and post employee timesheets
\n\tAssist in cash receipt processing and apply payments to client accounts
\n\tMaintain vendor account information and records
\n\tPerform other finance-related administrative duties as needed<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certificate
\n\tNational Diploma in Financial Accounting or a related qualification (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping)
\n\t3\u20135 years of relevant accounting experience
\n\tProficient in core accounting and ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
\n\tFamiliarity with platforms like Salesforce and Adobe
\n\tMust be able to work 14:00 \u2013 23:00 SAST (US Hours)<\/p>\n
