\tOur client is a well established national Private Tertiary Education institution offering quality and attractive courses to professionals and school leavers alike.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will be experienced, dedicated, committed, professional and hungry for new business and achieving their set sales targets. \u00a0
\n\tWe are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Consultant for their Campus based in Boksburg, fluent in English and Afrikaans is essential for this role.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities & Duties:<\/p>\n
\tRequired to build relationships with key people at schools \/ teachers\/ principles \/ parents \/ prospective students
\n\tSchedule and complete presentations to grade 12 & 11 learners.
\n\tCreate opportunity for first contact with learners from Grade 8 to 10.
\n\tBuild relationships with funding and student loan organizations
\n\tAddress customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
\n\tResponsible for booking school appointments with top feeder schools, present to Grade 11 and 12 learners. \u00a0These bookings might be extended to earlier grades where and if required.
\n\tGenerate and manage the data collection against a given target
\n\tGenerate no less than 60 – 80% of school learners in the allocated region
\n\tEnsure quick delivery of information cards to the campus after a presentation
\n\tCreate events and opportunities that will ensure high lead conversion
\n\tCreate a customer service\/customer experience programme on campus that will ensure customer retention and minimize cancellation
\n\tWork closely with the campus team, student advisors, facilitators to ensure maximum attendance at events that will secure enrolments
\n\tDrive brand loyalty.
\n\tExecute marketing plans.
\n\tBook appointments with schools | teachers | prospects and their parents
\n\tLiaise with the student advisors as required for consultations & events
\n\tInvolved in the recruitment of the students for the next year intake
\n\tMining and contacting of the career database
\n\tScheduling appointments\/consultations according to the school\/campus targets set
\n\tContact with the database as required for events
\n\tAssist the team in planning and scheduling marketing campaigns, tradeshows, conferences, industry meetings
\n\tRecommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.
\n\tProvide sales support and guidance to team for product positioning.<\/p>\n

\tSales and or Marketing beneficial<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tExperience in academic advising or related careers in post-secondary education is preferred
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/p>\n
