ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tTo implement an effective maintenance system within customer facilities and ensure SLA delivery<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tDrive timeous execution of effective maintenance strategies i.e. planned, preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance
\n\tIdentify maintenance risks on Client\u2019s property and equipment towards evaluation and resolution
\n\tImplementation of an effective HSE, Quality & Risk Management system in accordance to Client needs
\n\tEnsure optimum utilization of available resources in various maintenance works
\n\tEnsure timely delivery and appropriateness of parts and spares for effective maintenance execution
\n\tContinuously monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by technical staff to ensure quality, cost optimization and timely execution as per SLA, work instructions and Client\u2019s instruction
\n\tIdentify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement on services rendered
\n\tManage back to back SLA agreements with suppliers and contractors
\n\tMonitor service providers\u2019 (contractors) performance and effect corrective action on any deviations to the SLA
\n\tAssist in the management of technical projects and provide technical support, where applicable
\n\tDemonstrate and instill effective adherence to processes on infrastructure maintenance
\n\tExplore and recommend innovative methods, based on best practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutions
\n\tManage operations within allocated budget
\n\tManage technical staff performance and facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance and providing required coaching, support and feedback
\n\tManage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies\/procedure
\n\tEnsure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage\/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees
\n\tResponsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of technical staff<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\nThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma \/ Degree or B Tech in Engineering: Civil \/Electrical \/ Mechanical or related formal qualification
\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tValid SA Driver\u2019s License
\n\t5yrs relevant engineering experience in maintenance engineering, CRM & Property Management
\n\tEngineering maintenance, CRM & Property Management
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)
\n\tOHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems<\/p>\n
