Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
On-Site Claims Assessment and Reporting<\/p>\n
\tAttend scheduled site visits to inspect and assess property damage in residential or commercial buildings.
\n\tEvaluate the scope of damage, validate the cause of loss, and determine necessary repair or replacement work.
\n\tTake detailed notes, photographs, and measurements as part of the field report.
\n\tEngage with policyholders, builders, or contractors to clarify details and verify estimates.
\n\tProduce accurate reports and make recommendations on claim settlements in line with policy cover.<\/p>\n
Customer Service<\/p>\n
\tInteract with clients during site visits in a professional and empathetic manner.
\n\tClearly explain assessment outcomes, next steps, and answer any queries.
\n\tEnsure policyholders feel supported and informed throughout the claims process.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Documentation<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all assessments comply with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
\n\tSubmit comprehensive field reports, photos, and supporting documentation in a timely manner via the claims system.<\/p>\n
Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with internal assessors, claims handlers, and technical teams.
\n\tEscalate complex or high-value claims for peer review or senior input.
\n\tProvide expert guidance or second opinions to the wider claims team where required.<\/p>\n

\tConduct on-site assessments within SLA and travel guidelines.
\n\tEnsure accuracy, fairness, and policy-aligned decision-making in all claim outcomes.
