Overall purpose of the job: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tThe main objective of the Key Account Manager is achieve designated sales targets through sales to both B2B and SME customers and support key accounts as required.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSource and acquire new business in B2B and SME through an ongoing prospecting plan\u00a0
\n\tGenerate business in the assigned accounts as well as attain new accounts for the business in line with Targets as set from time to time
\n\tEnsure client\u2019s needs and expectations are met by the business
\n\tMaintain knowledge and awareness of competing products\/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service and motivate accounts to stay with the business and create new customer relationships
\n\tEnsure profitable sales volume and strategic objective targets are met\u00a0
\n\tAssess, clarify, and validate the consumers\u2019 needs on an ongoing basis, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that are up to the business\u2019s standards
\n\tWork closely with the customer support and resource management departments in an effort to meet customer performance objectives as well as the customers\u2019 expectations through complimentary cross-functional efforts
\n\tRegular follow up of orders
\n\tAssist with timely collections of outstanding invoices
\n\tDeveloping Budgets
\n\tManaging any issues that may arise with both internal and external customers
\n\tHelp develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention
\n\tAssist the Company\u2019s management with company-wide strategic planning
\n\tEnsure works are executed as per company policies and procedure
\n\tPrepares detailed proposals\/quotes dependent on each consumer\u2019s requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum qualifications and experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tRelevant qualification\/degree advantageous
\n\tMinimum 3 years experience
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\tComputer Literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
\n\tGreat Interpersonal Skills
\n\tPrior experience in Telematics advantageous<\/p>\n
