Key Focus Areas:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure existing and new staff are trained regarding Patient Control Sheet System
\n\tMonthly reports must be drawn up and sent to the Regional Manager
\n\tEnsure staff adhere to the Time and Attendance system
\n\tDraw up and ensure that the Regional Manager has been supplied with a copy of the draft roster monthly
\n\tAdvise staff of current and revised Company Policies and Procedures
\n\tArrange with HR Business Partner for Unit staff to attend training courses and or congresses
\n\tRecruitment of new staff
\n\tSupervise and evaluate the quality of the patient care provided
\n\tPlan and conduct performance appraisals twice yearly and provide Head Office with copies
\n\tEnsure accurate monitoring and recording of stock in accordance with Head Office Procedures
\n\tOrdering of stock
\n\tStrict adherence to capturing DataWise information\u00a0
\n\tMaintenance of Kidney Wise program
\n\tEnsure strict adherence to all company Policies\u00a0<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\tRegistration with SANC as a Professional Nurse or with HPCSA as a\u00a0Graduate\u00a0Clinical Technologist
\n\tPrevious Management Experience Advantageous
\n\tNephrology Course\u00a0(Essential)
\n\tBHSc Clinical Technology (Nephrology)
\n\tMS package (Essential)
\n\tWilling to work flexible hours if necessary
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and own reliable transport essential
\n\tRenal experience (Essential)
\n\tShould be in good health and fit to perform required services and\/or duties
\n\tBLS certificate (Validity Essential)<\/p>\n
