\tTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Retail Manager within the Trade Division at Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal.<\/p>\n
Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThis role involves managing all aspects of the store to ensure smooth operations, optimal stock control, and adherence to company policies and budgets.
\n\tThe Retail Manager will drive sales and profitability while leading the team, maintaining high customer service standards, and implementing effective merchandising and marketing strategies.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tResponsibility and accountability of all aspects of the store
\n\tKey operational performance assessment
\n\tGeneral administration
\n\tManage shrinkage and control stock takes
\n\tPOS process management
\n\tHR\/IR management
\n\tProcess improvement
\n\tOperational planning
\n\tCustomer care (incorporating the brand)
\n\tMerchandising principles and marketing implementation
\n\tOperations policy and procedure
\n\tEnsure that sales and all expenses are in line with budget
\n\tEnsure that stock indicators are in line with company benchmarks
\n\tStore profit<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tRelevant degree \/ diploma \/ Higher Certificate\u00a0
\n\tAt least 5 years\u2019 experience in the Retail Sector
\n\tExperience within the agricultural environment (advantageous)
\n\tAbove average knowledge of management principles
\n\tPlanning, leadership and organising skills
\n\tInterpersonal and communication skills
\n\tAssertive and analytical thinker
\n\tAbility to train and develop employees
\n\tAbility to work independently and effectively in a pressurised environment
\n\tHigh attention to detail<\/p>\n
