\tAs an Account Manager, you\u2019ll be the key link between our clients and our creative teams.
\n\tYou will lead day-to-day client communications, manage campaign delivery, and ensure the creative output aligns with client expectations and business objectives.
\n\tYou\u2019ll be responsible for building strong relationships, growing accounts, and delivering high-quality work\u2014on time and on budget.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
The Account Manager will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tClient Management
\n\tAct as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
\n\tBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
\n\tUnderstand client goals, objectives, and industries to provide strategic input<\/p>\n
Project & Campaign Management<\/p>\n
\tLead the execution of through-the-line campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, experiential)
\n\tWrite clear creative briefs and collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams
\n\tOversee timelines, budgets, and internal workflows to ensure timely delivery
\n\tManage feedback loops and approvals with clients efficiently and professionally<\/p>\n
Financial Oversight<\/p>\n
\tTrack project budgets, generate estimates, and manage scopes of work
\n\tSupport invoicing and ensure profitability on account
\n\tStrategic Growth & Account Development
\n\tIdentify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
\n\tSupport pitches and new business opportunities when needed<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years of experience in an account management role within a creative or advertising agency
\n\tStrong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, ATL, BTL)
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
\n\tConfident in presenting work and ideas to clients
\n\tA natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment
\n\tFamiliarity with tools like Chase, MS Projects, Resource Guru<\/p>\n
