MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION<\/p>\n
\tTo serve as the central hub for managing all client-related inquiries and service requests, and coordinating seamless communication across departments. This includes addressing client complaints, managing health and safety incidents, handling material requests, overseeing machinery repairs, engaging subcontractors, and ensuring the timely delivery of services and resources in line with operational requirements.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (required);
\n\tA minimum of relevant qualifications in operations management or facilities management (preferred).
\n\tCertification in Health & Safety practices.<\/p>\n
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the security, cleaning, or facilities management industry.
\n\tFamiliarity with Profit, Velocity, SAP, or similar operational systems (advantageous)
\n\tIntermediate competence in MS Office
\n\tKnowledge of security and cleaning industry standards and practices.
\n\tPicking stock from the warehouse for deliveries
\n\tGenerating and processing accurate monthly client invoices
\n\tGenerating credit notes and Purchase orders
\n\tCreating sales orders
\n\tKey Performance Areas
\n\tClients complaints
\n\tHealth and Safety incident logging
\n\tMaterial requests & inventory coordination
\n\tEquipment repairs & maintenance
\n\tSubcontractor coordination
\n\tGenerate Goods issues per site BOQ<\/p>\n
