We require a competent SCCM\/Intune Engineer who has knowledge and experience in deploying, configuring and supporting SCCM infrastructure, application and package creation, software updates\/WUFB, Windows10\/11 OS deployment.<\/p>\n<p>Education and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification &amp; Experience Required<\/p>\n<p>\tRelevant National Diploma \/ Advance Certificate (NQF6) in Information Technology\/ Computer Science and 3-4 years\u2019 experience in Information Technology (IT) environment, of which 1 &#8211; 2 years is at knowledge worker level<\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p>\tSenior Certificate (NQF 4) AND Relevant IT Qualification (s) \/ Certification (s), see below AND \u00a03-4 years\u2019 experience in Information Technology (IT) environment AND additional requirements specified in Min Functional requirements, where applicable, of which 1 &#8211; 2 years is at knowledge worker level<br \/>\n\tWindows: Microsoft products (Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Windows 11 or any other Microsoft certification)<br \/>\n\tA+, MCSA, MCSE and related Operating System and Hardware Outputs:<\/p>\n<p>Process<\/p>\n<p>\tAdminister and configure SCCM and Intune.<br \/>\n\tProvide Technical Troubleshooting and resolution management in the SCCM\/Intune space.<br \/>\n\tUpdate training material, User guides and other tutorials.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in collaboration on the various subjects with peers, support teams and business users via the set collaboration channels.<br \/>\n\tDo self-skilling, research and R&amp;D to stay updated in the SCCM\/Intune Technology Stack and share knowledge with the other team members.<br \/>\n\tParticipate and drive Initiatives assigned end to end.<br \/>\n\tGain knowledge and experience in related SCCM\/Intune functions like MDM, OS Onboarding and Deploying, WVD, Driver Management, Software Packaging, BYOD, etc. and apply these in SARS.<br \/>\n\tUnderstand dependency applications and how they are configured and deployed via best practice like Win11 OS and Device management and onboarding, etc.<br \/>\n\tAccumulate information and provide reports with recommendations applicable to area of specialisation.<br \/>\n\tApply practical and applied knowledge and act authoritatively on methods, systems and procedures to identify trends and potential risks.<br \/>\n\tCommunication of situational interpretation and judgement of work outputs and queries in area of specialisation.<br \/>\n\tEffectively plan and schedule own activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery in area of specialisation.<br \/>\n\tExecute process and procedural change, implement the change and provide guidelines and support related to new requirements as a result of the change.<br \/>\n\tUse practical and applied knowledge and situational judgement to consider policy implications and to arrive at decisions\/conclusions.<br \/>\n\tCorrectly apply applicable legislation, including amongst others policies, procedures, and SOPs in the delivery of work outputs.<br \/>\n\tTo performing high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption in all environments.<br \/>\n\tTo deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems on all environments.<br \/>\n\tTo conduct hardware\/firmware\/operating system\/application server software updates and fixes.<br \/>\n\tTo apply practical and applied knowledge and act authoritatively on methods, systems and procedures to identify trends and potential risks.<br \/>\n\tTo ensures a stable performance environment for the business processing systems.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTo accumulate information and provide reports with recommendations applicable to area of specialisation.<br \/>\n\tTo participate in various IT projects intended to continually improve\/upgrade the system infrastructure, ensuring change management procedures and methodologies are implemented and followed.<br \/>\n\tTo be responsible for the maintenance, support and upgrades of in-house developed applications and 3rd Party Applications.<br \/>\n\tInstalling, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, software and system management tools.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEffectively plan and schedule own activities to continuously improve quality and service delivery in area of specialisation.<br \/>\n\tTo deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.<br \/>\n\tTo be responsible for the maintenance and support of technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components mostly in Non-Prod environments but also in production environments.<br \/>\n\tPerforming high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption.<br \/>\n\tConfiguring, debugging and supporting multiple infrastructure platforms and software.<br \/>\n\tPerforming installation, maintenance and support of system software\/hardware and user support.<\/p>\n<p>Governance<\/p>\n<p>\tComply to set governance and compliance procedures
