Drive submission of requirements to ensure cases issue.<br \/>\n\tHaving regular engagement sessions with Business Consultant to update on status of all quotations, pipeline business and any other sales enablement updates.<br \/>\n\tPrepare Consultant for engagement \u2013 by providing reports, quote feedback, pipeline business.<br \/>\n\tCo-accountability for Momentum Distribution Service target achievement with consultant<br \/>\n\tAdministratively support Consultant on all planned marketing calls &#8211; to follow through in support.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of all available reports such as Power BI, lapse and arrear reports, reinstatement reports<br \/>\n\tProvide training to Financial Adviser\/practice staff by sharing knowledge of digital capabilities such as Power BI, Campaign master etc.<br \/>\n\tCapable of being the primary contact for online navigation enquiries from Financial Advisers\/Practice Staff.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all training interventions are recorded on appropriate reports.<br \/>\n\tProvide support to other branches (nationally) when need arises to ensure business continuity.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and report process and system failures and enhancements to improve client experience.<br \/>\n\tEscalate faults and other housekeeping issues with the relevant stakeholders or service providers.<br \/>\n\tEngages in service center escalations to enhance the customer experience, demonstrates quick thinking, andconsistently maintains a positive ambassadorial approach with a can-do attitude.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrates high-quality processing and resilience in follow-ups, ensuring cases are resolved promptly within stringent performance standards.<\/p>\n<p>Client Advisor: Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all internal and external engagements are conducted in a professional manner.<br \/>\n\tMaintain meaningful business relationships with all stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tProvide authoritative expertise to clients and stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tDeliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.<br \/>\n\tMake recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.<br \/>\n\tParticipate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback, and provides exceptional client service.<br \/>\n\tSupporting MDS, IFA, and IFA practice through online capability knowledge and subsequent training.<br \/>\n\tUnderstand and fulfil on the role requirement to keep consultants fully abreast of pipeline and new business activities to be fully informed in the face of the IFA.<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration and Self-development<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tPositively influence and participate in change initiatives.<br \/>\n\tContinuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislative knowledge.<br \/>\n\tContribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas.<\/p>\n<p>Finance: Business Efficiencies and Effectiveness<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.<br \/>\n\tManage company resources under your control with due respect.<br \/>\n\tProvide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.<\/p>\n<p>Competencies\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tRelating and Networking: Establishes good relationships with customers and staff.
