Responsibilities will include but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tFinancial Management
\n\tImplementation of financial accounting policies
\n\tMonitor compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Accounting Interpretations
\n\tManage, review and process journal entries, accruals and intergroup service charges
\n\tPreparation and review of trial balance and general ledger reconciliations
\n\tExecutes the period end close process
\n\tParticipates in governance related activities including governance reviews and internal and external audits
\n\tInterfaces with External Auditors and prepares documentation for auditors to use
\n\tReporting
\n\tPrepare Half year and Year end statutory reporting including external briefing paper submissions and governance reviews
\n\tPreparation of Annual Financial Statements in compliance with applicable financial reporting standards
\n\tPrepare internal and external financial reporting including RAC, Board, JV and Third-Party reporting
\n\tPrepare general statistical and statutory reporting e.g. SARB & DMR statistical submissions
\n\tPreparation of monthly reports<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tDegree \/ National Diploma in Finance
\n\t5 \u2013 7 years\u2019 post qualification experience in financial and\/or management accounting
\n\tCompetent in International Financial Reporting Standards
\n\tProficiency in the use of SAP; MS Office Suite
\n\tIn possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness
\n\tValid drivers license<\/p>\n

\tCIMA \/ CA \/ ACCA qualification
\n\tProfessional accreditation<\/p>\n
