\nWe are seeking a motivated and client-focused Accountants Intern to join our sales team at the Midrand Offices.<\/p>\n
What will the programme look like?<\/p>\n
\tAs the Accountants Intern for Sage Africa Middle East, you will be responsible for account and stakeholder management for new and existing accounting practices. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, client communication, and project support, providing an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of account management in a dynamic business environment.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
Summary of the Role
\nClient Relationship Management:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in maintaining positive client relationships through regular communication and support.
\n\tHelp address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Project Coordination:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the account management team in coordinating and executing client projects.
\n\tTrack project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.<\/p>\n
Administrative Support:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
\n\tAssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of new signups, vetting responses and all campaigns<\/p>\n
Lead Management:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure 24 Hour allocation of leads to the team
\n\tTrack the leads progress and update the FY24 Insights working sheet<\/p>\n
Event \/ Lead Gen<\/p>\n
\tTo run and generate events \/ campaigns for lead generation
\n\tData management of leads generated from events, manual databases and all other leads sources.<\/p>\n
What will make me successful?<\/p>\n
\tMust have completed grade 12 \/ Matric
\n\tMust have completed an Accounting \/ Business Administration \/ Business Management degree or national diploma
\n\tMicrosoft Office functionality (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
\n\tA positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
\n\tExcellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
\n\tStrong customer focus and high-level customer service ethics
\n\tBe bold and have a positive approach
\n\tBe able to simplify process and communicate it effectively
\n\tStrong customer service ethic and high attention to detail
\n\tThe ability to work within a team as a team player
\n\tCooperation and willingness
\n\tDeadline driven and Ability to work under lot of pressure
\n\tConscientious, able to work with minimal supervision
\n\tAbility to think outside the box.
\n\tTeachable and hungry for knowledge<\/p>\n
Office Location<\/p>\n
\tMidrand Office – This is a hybrid role, three days per week at the office<\/p>\n
