Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Responsible to investigate and conduct gaming and non-gaming audits to evaluate and identify risks and ensure compliance with ICS and legislative requirements, in accordance with company standards and gaming regulations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tConduct audits on gaming footage
\n\tCompleted relevant documentation and compiles details on results of analyses
\n\tCommunicates results with relevant management
\n\tFollows up to ensure action taken on audits by stakeholders
\n\tReports the business exposure to risk
\n\tConducts investigations into identified anomalies and discrepancies identified during monitoring of video footage
\n\tLiaising with gaming operations regarding investigative requirements
\n\tOnline submission and reporting of STRs to FIC
\n\tLiaise with police and prosecuting authorities
\n\tMaintain, update and evaluate the intelligence data base
\n\tMaintain and update banned \/ excluded persons data base
\n\tProvide input and assist with special investigations as requested by regulatory bodies, police, etc.
\n\tReport all incidents and significant events to the relevant Stakeholders.
\n\tPrioritize reports according to the severity of the incident.
\n\tCapture relevant data on the EOB
\n\tCompiles comprehensive reports where required
\n\tRecord and retain evidence
\n\tLiaise and supports HR \/ ER with preparing the charges and documentation for cases for criminal and dishonesty\/ misconduct cases as required
\n\tAdvises and assists management and HR on cases
\n\tInteract and provide relevant support to external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, police, etc. as required<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent national qualification in gaming operations
\n\tPSIRA C grade accreditation\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tAt least 1-year experience as a monitoring officer in surveillance preferably obtained in a gaming industry.
\n\tPrevious Auditing experience within the gaming industry will be advantageous.\u00a0<\/p>\n
