Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead daily manufacturing operations across High Risk, Labelling, Cheese, Kitchen, Bakery, and Maintenance.
\n\tEnsure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, customer specs, and internal SOPs.
\n\tAlign production with sales forecasts to minimise shortages and meet demand.
\n\tOversee packaging and product compliance to quality and food safety standards.
\n\tManage preventative maintenance programmes and reduce downtime in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
\n\tDrive a high-performance culture through team leadership, development, and engagement.
\n\tMonitor material usage, reduce waste, and manage monthly stock counts.
\n\tSupport budget planning and lead cost-saving initiatives.
\n\tReport on key operational metrics: productivity, waste, quality, maintenance.
\n\tManage and optimise annual operational and CAPEX budgets.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Need:<\/p>\n
\tDegree\/Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or similar.
\n\t6+ years\u2019 senior experience in a manufacturing\/production role (preferably food or dairy).
\n\tERP system proficiency (Syspro, SAP, or similar).
\n\tKnowledge of HACCP, ISO22000, and lean manufacturing principles.<\/p>\n
