Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tN5 Electrical\/Electronics
\n\t4 years-experience in electronics (hardware and software) and IT (hardware, networks and software).
\n\tKnowledge of company product (Advantage)
\n\tGood computer skills (Microsoft package).
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license.
\n\tOwn Vehicle.

Responsibilities
\nTechnical<\/p>\n
\tInstallation, repairing, certification and technical support of electronic products and systems to the highest technical and safety standards on the specified mine\/s.
\n\tSet up and tests units to meet specified requirements.
\n\tQuality checks all work as per company quality policy.
\n\tTroubleshoot problems to determine root cause of issue and recommend a corrective action or escalate problem to senior level.
\n\tMaintenance of the electronic equipment and software, to ensure it is according to company standards and client scope of work.
\n\tReporting and recording further maintenance requirements.
\n\tAssist with new Projects.
\n\tOperates hand tools and small power tools and understand their use and function.
\n\tHousekeeping
\n\tAny other reasonable duties given to you by your direct supervisor \/ Manager.<\/p>\n
Support<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with other technical employees, and customers on the site to support in ensuring quality and safety of work and that contractual obligations are met.
\n\tKeep supervisor updated of all unresolved and\/or potential problems that would negatively affect the customer or our company.
\n\tFeedback on a regular basis to Technical coordinator and Supervisor.
\n\tProvides support to the Senior Technician and Supervisor on assignments and works in other departments and\/or miscellaneous assignments as instructed.
\n\tDeveloping of customer relations.
\n\tCompletion of required documentation, reports and paperwork for the mine, customers and Technical coordinator \/ Supervisor.<\/p>\n

\tAdhere to all customer safety regulations at all times.
\n\tAdhere to specific risk assessment before commencing daily tasks.
\n\tEnsure medical and inductions are valid<\/p>\n
