\tThe Desk Based Account Manager is responsible for seeking, establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing SMB customers and for positioning iStore Business as the Apple partner of choice and ultimately drive Revenue and Device Growth for iStore Business.<\/p>\n

\n\tRelevant Tertiary Education or Relevant work experience

\n\tAbility to negotiate with Business Owners \/ C-Level Executives\u00a0
\n\tValue Based Selling Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience required for the role<\/p>\n
\tMin 4 years Direct Sales or account management experience in the Technology \/ ICT \/ Telecoms Industry.
\n\tMin 2 years B2B sales experience
\n\tExcellent solution selling, relationship, and administrative skills.
\n\tExperience and knowledge in business-to-business. (B2B) sales including negotiating and securing B2B deals.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sales:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tIdentifying and acquiring new SMB customers to understand their technology requirements, and solutions to meet their unique business goals.\u00a0
\n\tUpsell & cross-sell to existing SMB customers via base campaigns\u00a0
\n\tAchieve monthly & quarterly unit sales and revenue targets across MacBooks, iPads and iPhones.\u00a0
\n\tManage an efficient sales pipeline and ensure pipeline conversion. Lead Management:\u00a0
\n\tEnsure efficient management of sales processes, increase lead to opportunity and opportunity to sale conversion rates and manage customer updates and feedback Account Management:\u00a0
\n\tManaging new and existing SMB accounts, telephonically and via email, while ensuring their satisfaction with our products & services and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.\u00a0
\n\tProviding expert advice to any existing and new SMB customers.\u00a0
\n\tImplement own Lead generation campaigns\u00a0<\/p>\n
Customer Relationship Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure regular communication and meetings with existing SMB base & potential SMB customers.\u00a0
\n\tNurturing and growing relationships with SMB customers, acting as a point of contact for any issues or queries, and addressing concerns promptly, fostering trust and loyalty.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Reporting & Analytics\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining accurate records, tracking performance metrics on existing accounts and SMB sales including but not limited to sales forecasts, pipeline, lead management reports, etc.\u00a0
\n\tUpdate Salesforce timeously with lead and opportunity status\u00a0
\n\tMonthly and Quarterly Sales Performance review presentations.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Processes & Operational Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage the internal processes end-to-end that are part of the delivery chain for the customer to ensure exceptional customer experience.
\n\tStrategic Project Management\u00a0
\n\tWork collaboratively on strategic projects to drive sales & revenue growth for SMB.<\/p>\n
