Key Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts for the Aftersales department. Provide detailed financial analysis to inform these processes.
\n\tTrack and analyze the financial performance of the aftersales department. Produce regular financial reports and provide insights into key financial trends and performance metrics.
\n\tIdentify opportunities for cost savings within the aftersales department. Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
\n\tCollaborate with the Aftersales and G&A departments to align financial planning and strategy with operational goals. Provide financial insight and advice to inform operational decision-making.
\n\tIdentify and assess financial risks within the aftersales department. Implement strategies to mitigate these risks and protect the company’s financial health.
\n\tEnsure all financial operations and reporting comply with relevant regulations and standards. This includes internal company policies and external regulatory requirements.
\n\tLead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tA bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
\n\tA postgraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
\n\tProfessional financial certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).<\/p>\n
