DUTIES:<\/p>\n
\tLead the full solar PV project lifecycle, from feasibility through to construction and commissioning
\n\tManage multiple solar PV projects acting as Principal Agent \/ Owner\u2019s Engineer
\n\tCoordinate project meetings, milestone tracking, and contractor claims
\n\tConduct site visits for feasibility assessments and construction quality checks
\n\tSupport the commercial team with feasibility assessments, including site inspections, layout reviews, and Capex modelling.
\n\tReview detailed designs, drawings, datasheets, and calculations
\n\tEnsure compliance with project specs, local standards, and contractual obligations
\n\tLiaise with client-side professionals (QSs, architects, engineers)
\n\tParticipate in contract negotiations and supplier due diligence
\n\tLead EPC tendering, evaluation, and supplier selection
\n\tTrack key project deliverables and update internal systems
\n\tProduce technical and construction progress reports
\n\tCapture and document lessons learned and best practices<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Essential:<\/p>\n
\tTechnical qualification: BSc Eng, B Tech, or PMP Certification
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in project management or construction management within the engineering, renewable energy, or built environment sectors
\n\tConfident presenter and stakeholder manager<\/p>\n
Preferred \/ Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tSolar PV engineering or EPC experience, especially in the C&I market
\n\tElectrical qualification or Wireman\u2019s License
\n\tExperience with JBCC Minor Works or Principal Building Agreements
\n\tFamiliarity with PV system components (electrical & mechanical)
\n\tSolar PV design or draughting experience
\n\tGoogle Workspace proficiency
\n\tExperience in consultancy, Lenders TA, Owner\u2019s Engineering, or Construction Monitoring<\/p>\n
