\tOn the Dot a division of Novus Holdings is looking to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual to assume responsibility as Service Centre Agent. The position will be based in their offices in Ormonde.<\/p>\n
Key Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tInbound and outbound calls
\n\tHandling publisher complaints and queries
\n\tHandling Customer queries and complaints
\n\tData importing, compiling print orders and communicate to all relevant people.
\n\tData Cleaning
\n\tAnalysing various types of data
\n\tProblem solving
\n\tContribute to a positive customer experience by providing quick and accurate responses
\n\tShould be able to work together in a team or with different teams.
\n\tHandle customer engagement<\/p>\n
Educational Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 and or equivelent
\n\tProficient in relevant software packages and applications
\n\tStrong data analytical skills
\n\tProficient in MS Excel<\/p>\n
Experience Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAt least 4 years\u2019 experience in a Customer Service role or in a call centre operations environment
\n\tMust be experienced in general administration
\n\tCustomer handling experience especially with difficult customers
\n\tExperience in relevant software packages and applications
\n\tExperience in advanced excel
\n\tMust have experience using strong data evaluation and data imports\u00a0<\/p>\n
